Vivtej TeleCRM is a business-to-business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed for lead management, team monitoring, and automated call logging for sales performance tracking.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use Vivtej TeleCRM.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. B2B Specific Terms: Vivtej TeleCRM
- Data Controller vs. Data Processor: The Customer (Business) is the "Data Controller" of their lead data. Vivtej acts as the "Data Processor."
- Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that all lead data uploaded to the CRM has been collected with proper consent. You agree to comply with all telemarketing laws, "Do Not Disturb" (DND) registries, and data protection regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Telephony Permissions: The TeleCRM mobile application requires access to Call Logs and Phone Permissions to log business interactions. By using the app, you grant us permission to process this data for your internal business analytics.
- Integration: If you link third-party accounts (Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads), you grant us permission to access and retrieve data from those platforms to populate your CRM.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Services (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Systematically retrieve data to create a competing database without written permission.
- Circumvent or disable security-related features of the platform.
- Use the Services to send "spam" or unauthorized telemarketing calls.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any of the software comprising the Services.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
- Billing: We use third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your dashboard.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
