Vivcall is a WhatsApp-powered sales CRM platform designed for Indian sales teams. It helps you manage leads, automate WhatsApp follow-ups, track calls, and run campaigns — all in one place. Unlike traditional CRMs, Vivcall is purpose-built for businesses that rely on WhatsApp and phone calls to close deals.

Most teams are fully set up within 30–60 minutes. This includes importing leads, connecting WhatsApp, and adding your team members. Our onboarding wizard guides you through every step. For Enterprise customers, we provide dedicated onboarding sessions.

Vivcall is a dual-platform solution: The Web App is designed for admins and managers to monitor performance, manage technical settings, and launch bulk campaigns. The Mobile App is purpose-built for sales executives on the ground, allowing them to manage their lead list, make click-to-calls, and handle WhatsApp chats on the go with real-time push notifications.

The Vivcall interface is in English. However, WhatsApp messages can be sent in any language — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, and more. Message templates can be created in any language supported by WhatsApp Business API.

WhatsApp Automation

Vivcall integrates with the Official WhatsApp Business API (Meta's BSP). You connect your WhatsApp Business number to Vivcall, and your whole team can send and receive messages from a shared inbox — without needing to use the WhatsApp app directly. We handle the API setup for you.

Yes! With our WhatsApp Campaigns feature (Growth & Enterprise plans), you can send personalized bulk WhatsApp messages to thousands of leads in one click. Each message is personalised with the lead's name and other details using template variables. Campaign analytics show delivery, open, and reply rates.

You can set up rule-based auto-reply bots in Vivcall. When a lead sends a specific keyword (like "Hello", "Interested", or "Price"), Vivcall automatically replies with a pre-configured message. You can also set up a sequence of automated follow-up messages at set intervals after initial contact.

Absolutely. Vivcall provides a shared WhatsApp team inbox where all incoming messages are visible. Conversations can be automatically assigned using routing rules (round-robin, skills-based, load-balanced) or manually assigned by a supervisor. Each agent sees only their assigned conversations.

Yes. For sending the first proactive message to a lead, Meta requires pre-approved message templates. Vivcall makes this easy — you can create and submit templates for approval directly from the dashboard. Approval typically takes 5–10 minutes. Replies to conversations initiated by customers don't need templates.

Yes, you can connect your existing WhatsApp Business number to Vivcall. Note: the number will be migrated to the WhatsApp Business API, which means you won't be able to use it on the regular WhatsApp Business app simultaneously. Most businesses use a dedicated sales number for Vivcall.

Lead Management

Vivcall supports multiple lead import methods: CSV/Excel upload, direct integration with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, JustDial, and manual entry. You can map custom fields during import to match your existing data format. Duplicate detection automatically flags or merges duplicate leads.

Auto lead distribution routes new leads to agents based on your configured rules: Round-Robin (equal distribution), Skills-Match (based on product or location), or Load-Balance (to least-busy agents). You can set working hours so leads outside hours are queued for the next workday.

When an agent marks a lead for follow-up (with a date & time), Vivcall sends a push notification + in-app reminder at the scheduled time. Missed follow-ups are highlighted in red in the dashboard. Managers can see all overdue follow-ups across their team in real time.

Yes! Vivcall lets you create custom lead stages (e.g., New → Contacted → Demo Scheduled → Proposal Sent → Won/Lost) that match your actual sales process. You can also add unlimited custom fields to capture any lead data specific to your business.

Vivcall automatically detects duplicates based on phone number and email. On import, duplicates are flagged for review. You can set rules to auto-merge, auto-update, or reject duplicates. This keeps your lead database clean and prevents multiple agents from contacting the same person.

Pricing & Billing

Vivcall uses flat-rate plans based on user tiers (e.g. up to 5 users or up to 10 users). Payments are accepted via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS for Enterprise.

You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. For monthly plans, your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, cancellations take effect at renewal. We offer a 7-day refund for first-time annual subscribers if you're not satisfied.

Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice that you can download from your billing dashboard. Prices shown are exclusive of GST (18% GST applicable). You can add your GSTIN to invoices for input tax credit claims.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Your data is fully preserved across any plan change. You'll receive an email confirmation for every plan change.

No hidden costs at all! Starter and Business plans include CRM & WhatsApp integration upfront. Add-ons like extra WhatsApp messages are transparently priced.

Yes! We offer special pricing for registered NGOs, early-stage startups (<2 years old), and educational institutions. Contact us at hello@vivcall.com with your registration documents for discount eligibility assessment.

Integrations

Vivcall directly integrates with: Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads Lead Forms, IndiaMART, JustDial, Sulekha, MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, Shiksha.com, CollegeDekho, and any platform via Zapier or Webhook. New leads from these sources flow into Vivcall automatically, in real time.

API access is available on the Enterprise plan. Our REST API lets you read/write leads, trigger automations, fetch analytics, and more. Webhooks allow real-time event notifications to your own systems. Zapier integration is available from the Growth plan for no-code automation with 5,000+ apps.

Yes! We support data migration from all major CRMs including Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, Leadsquared, and others. Export your data as CSV from your current CRM and import it into Vivcall. Enterprise customers get free assisted data migration by our team.

Yes, through our Enterprise API and Webhooks. We've integrated with Tally, SAP, Oracle, and various custom-built software for Enterprise clients. Our tech team works with you to design and build the integration. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.

Security & Privacy

Vivcall uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Our servers are hosted on AWS with automatic backups every 24 hours. We undergo regular penetration testing and security audits by third-party firms.

Yes. Vivcall is compliant with GDPR and India's Personal Data Protection framework. You retain full ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We never sell or share your customer data with third parties.

Yes, Vivcall supports 2FA via SMS OTP and Authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) on all plans. Admins can enforce 2FA as mandatory for all team members from the security settings panel. Enterprise plans also support SSO/SAML.

Data is stored on AWS servers in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region by default, keeping your data within India. Enterprise customers can request dedicated cloud infrastructure or specific regional hosting to comply with their data residency requirements.

After cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export all your data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers. We send multiple reminders before deletion. We strongly recommend downloading your data before cancelling.

All plans include access to: Video Tutorial Library (50+ videos covering every feature), In-app Setup Wizard (guided step-by-step setup), Knowledge Base (300+ help articles), and Community Forum. Growth plans include 1 live onboarding call. Enterprise gets custom training schedules.

Support channels vary by plan:

  • Starter: Email support (response within 24 hours, Mon–Fri)
  • Growth: Email + Live Chat (response within 4 hours, Mon–Sat)
  • Enterprise: Phone + Chat + Email, dedicated manager, 24/7 support

Vivcall is designed to be learned in under 1 hour. Most agents are productive on their first day. We provide a shareable training guide for your team, a video playlist specifically for agents, and role-specific setup guides for managers/admins. Enterprise customers get custom training workshops.

Our uptime commitments: Starter: 99.5%, Growth: 99.7%, Enterprise: 99.9%. We maintain a public status page (status.vivcall.com) where you can check real-time system health. Enterprise SLAs include downtime credits if we miss the commitment.

We love feature requests! Submit them via the in-app feedback button, our public feature request board (where you can vote on others' ideas), or email product@vivcall.com. Our product team reviews all requests weekly. Highly voted features are typically shipped within 1–2 quarters.
