At Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited, we facilitate payments for our Vivtej TeleCRM platform through secure third-party gateways like Razorpay. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Subscriptions" section in our app or via the link provided in your transaction email.
1. Cancellation Policy
- B2B (TeleCRM): To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. This ensures the payment mandate is successfully stopped before the automated charge occurs.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. Access to your CRM workspace will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Services: Since Vivtej TeleCRM provides immediate access to business tools and data management features, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Exception for Failed Transactions: If funds are deducted from your account but the subscription is not activated due to a technical glitch, please contact support@vivcall.com. We will reconcile the transaction with the payment gateway and either manually activate your service or issue a full refund.
- Refund Timeline & Method: Approved refunds for technical errors or duplicate payments will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback via their bank without first contacting our support team to resolve a billing issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the userβs account and all associated business data to prevent fraudulent activity.
