Delete Account

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before you proceed, please understand that deleting your account will result in the loss of all data associated with your profile on the Vivtej TeleCRM platform.

1. What happens when you delete your account?

  • Individual Access: Your unique login credentials, assigned call logs, and personal performance metrics will be permanently removed from the system.
  • Note for Organization Admins: Deleting a single user account does not automatically delete company-wide lead data. To request a full organizational data purge, please contact your account manager.
  • Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active Razorpay subscriptions or mandates. You must cancel your active plan in the "Billing" section or via your bank before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

2. The Deletion Process

For Vivtej TeleCRM (B2B). Because accounts are provisioned and managed by your Employer/Organization Administrator, the deletion process is as follows:

  • Individual Users: You must contact your organization's Admin to deactivate or remove your profile from the workspace.
  • Organization Admins: To request a full workspace deletion or a data purge, please send a formal request from your registered business email to support@vivcall.com.
  • Verification: Our team will reach out to the registered account owner to verify the request before the data is permanently wiped from our AWS/Firebase servers.

3. Data Retention Policy

While your active profile is removed, Vivtej Educational Services Private Limited is required by Indian law to retain specific information:

  • Invoices & Tax Records: Records of payments and GST invoices processed via Razorpay will be kept for the mandatory legal audit period.
  • Security Logs: Minimal system logs are retained to prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of our security infrastructure.
